All orders are sent via Australia Post and can be tracked. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you are unsure about your delivery point, we highly recommend postage with signature on delivery.
SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL
New Zealand, USA and Canada orders over A$250 (US$200) – Free Shipping.
Australia Post Shipping :
A$15 Australia Post flat rate to NZ, 5-9 days transit with tracking.
A$25 Australia Post flat rate to the rest of the world, 5-20 days transit, with tracking online. Additional charge for signature on receipt.
Once despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and your reference/tracking number details. When your order arrives at the destination country the local postal service will complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any issues with the delivery of your order.
DHL Shipping :
A$30 DHL flat rate to the rest of the world, 3-7 day shipping – with tracking and signature on receipt.
If DHL considers your delivery address to be a remote area as per their zoning charts, an additional A$30 charge is applicable. If this is the case, we will contact you to determine if you wish to proceed. Alternatively, Australia Post will not charge extra for remote areas.
You will receive your waybill / consignment number which you can use to track your order online until delivery.
Local Pick Up :
Free local pick-up is available for customers located in and around Melbourne, Australia between the times of 10 am and 2 pm at 12 Fourth Avenue, Sunshine, VIC 3020
Shipping internationally may require you to pay customs duties and/or import taxes. All international customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes within their own country. Great Australian Store is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international orders and must include an invoice with the shipment for customs should they require it.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days once payment is received.
During festive periods, order processing can take up to 4 days depending on the volume of orders.
Items are inspected by us before shipping. We also ensure items are packaged well for shipping. To this end, Great Australian Store will not be responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit and do not offer refunds should this occur. However, we will do our best to assist in the unfortunate event of a shipment lost in transit. For peace of mind, we offer the option of purchasing insurance.
